Care Management Group sold to AMP Capital

Care Management Group (CMG), a leading care provider for people with learning disabilities, has been sold to Australian investment manager AMP Capital.

The business, which provides 189 specialist services in England and Wales, was owned by specialist health and care turnaround company Court Cavendish – owned by HC-One founder Chai Patel, which rescued CMG when it faced bankruptcy in 2008.
